The commercial division
  • Performs risk analysis, designs schedules, grades guarantees,
  • Negotiates and implements the schedules with the reinsurers identified as the best placed in terms of appetite and tariff in respect of the risks involved,
  • Organizes the updating of the reinsurance schedule in preparation for renewal,
  • Drafts contracts and amendments in the interest of the Customer.
The actuarial division
  • Models the loss record assigned in the reinsurance,
  • Evaluates the adequacy and relevance of different reinsurance structures based on a retrospective or prospective analysis,
  • Prices the reinsurances structures,
  • Measures the effectiveness of the structure analysed for the Assignor based on the specified criteria.
The accounting and advisory division
  • Manages technical matters: checks and records reinsurance operations by ensuring the reliability and consistency of the entries,
  • Manages financial flows: calls the funds, recovers balances, supports customers until the end of the contract,
  • Monitors and analyses accounting disputes,
